If you already have a plastic gun, then go 92. Nicely machined Beretta with a different name.

I have the PT111 G2 with the DAO mod for a FANTASTIC carry pistol
I have The TH9c -- it's a nice pistol and this winter I will polish it up inside and make it much better to match my Sig 2022
    I have a PT92 with a 12# trigger spring that I rate better than my 1911

The 92 is my " show off " pistol

And about $200 cheaper than the Beretta, plus the safety is on the frame where it belongs. I have several PT92s, a PT 100, and a PT917 and highly recommend them. If you want something a bit smaller, the PT58 is a nice choice in 380.
