    Well, now youve done it

With all this talk about the TX-22 you all have talked me into buying the darn thing. Kentucky Guns has them for a really good price and with the Taurus rebate, it's a really really good deal so mine will be here in a week. Thanks to all of you for all the enabling.

Might as well order a few spare magazines as well. There , that's me doing my best enabler act.....Really loading 16 rounds takes a little time, might as well load up as many mags as possible..The first thing I noticed with my tx22 is how long it takes to empty a mag compared to the 10 round standard 22 pistol mags. But that soon turns to, how many I can get out quickly and stay in a 3 " hit zone. You will feel like a competition shooter with that fast trigger. Oh I guess I should enable you to go out and buy a few thousand rounds , to keep up with the new pistola.

It's not like we held a gun to your head. But if we did, what would everybody recommend?

Well, it is obvious to say a TX22, but then if he were threatened by one, he'd possibly never want to see another. So if we stick with the .22LR theme, maybe use a PT22. Of course, he could be of the camp where he thinks the .22LR isn't threatening, so maybe go with the 9mm. Of course, he may be the .380 vs. 9mm, vs .40 camp, so that wouldn't work. By process of elimination, I guess it will have to be a .45!
