Can't remember if I have posted these already... First up my custom .308 Remy 700 Sendero action, HS precision stock, Pac-Nor barrel, Badger Ordnance mag, 20MOA scope rail, and bolt knob. Original Parher-Hale Army issue bipod. Built to shoot to 1000m but I have actually shot this to a mile..!! Second, .308 Parker-Hale Scout. 20" barrel with Wildcat P8 moderator, 3x9x42 Meopta scope. This is my deer rifle. Still very accurate for a rifle built in 1973. Third is a Ruger M77 original in .243. This is the model with the safety mounted on the tang. Nice rifle with a varmint barrel. Shoots well and has knocked down a good few deer.
Lastly a rifle I should have held on to. Lee-Enfield No4 Mk2. Circa 1944, this I got for a steal at about $170.00.. I don't think the guy selling it knew really much about them. I got home and removed every single part. Everything that could be unscrewed was, total strip down.. and, lo and behold, every piece had matching serial numbers...!! It was amazingly accurate out to 600m, a wonderful rifle. I parted with it because, excuse the old saying, I was made an offer I couldn't refuse.. I sold it for $1500.00!! I wish I'd kept it.
