    In tall cotton

While wandering among the reviews and Top Ten and Top 100 listings the last three days I've discovered that the Taurus 24/7 and the Springfield XD are way up there.

Heh, heh, and I have both of them.

The 24/7 fits and works wonderfully. The XD is still unfamiliar. I expect that to change while I strive to improve my shooting.

Love the new XD's with the 3-choice backstrap. Medium is fine for me, but that is one comfortable gun. My PT-145 is really ergo friendly too.

I totally love my XD9sc. At the range with the extended 16 round mag, it is a fun shooter as well as an excellent carry gun.

I've got the regular XD-9 which is good enough for me.

While the XD-M is supposed to a better breed I'll stick with the one I have.

Trying to keep up with the Joneses with the flavor of the month is too expensive and time consuming.

I love all my Tauri but I'm really accurate with my XD-9, Its ergo is a lot like my PT1911 my all time favorite gun.
