Luckily I did get a couple of extra mags when I bought mine a year or so ago. Saving up enough ducats to get the gun and a couple of spares at the same time was the way to go back then.

Yep...I always want at least three mags...sitting at the range stuffing rounds when I could be shooting frustrates me.

I've got the "be notified" note already in, but the one time I got the notice by e-mail the mags were all gone, and it had been only a few minutes between getting the e-mail and Beretta being out of them. So it is sit and wait again and hoping that I'll be quicker on the trigger.
I have been notified 3 times by Beretta that they were in stock. Every time I checked (even once within a couple of minutes of the email) they were out. I suspect they were never in stock, but were just marketing ploys to drive me to their web site. When Classic emailed me they were in, I was able to go there in about 45 minutes and pick up a couple. I'm okay with buying a couple at $34.50 each, plus less than $4 shipping, compared to $48.50 from Beretta and, if I recall, $9 for shipping.

now you can't push the Uplula completely to the rear but as long as you are careful and just slightly insert the tongue onto the Follower it works.
maybe the difference in the 380 VS 32acp?
I really never shoot or carry this weapon due to its size and thickness but it was My wifes favorite before she passed away and she could shoot the devil out of it.
Wow. At first glance, I thought it was a Beretta.

I just finished the mods the other evening on the M84 mag I bought (since M81 are unavailable)

The Beretta Model 81 I received... With only one mag... (police turn in as mentioned in above posts) is a fantastic shooter

I also have the keltec p32 as a mouse/pocket gun and wanted another (affordable) gun in .32ACP

    very happy so far!Name: image.jpeg

The BB can be cocked and locked unlike the F and FS. For you guys that have no training with one, you don't know what you're missing. If you want ultra thin grips you can get them from Allegany Gun Works https://alleghenyarms.com/.
Josh is making them in black , blue and red. They make the 84 close to the 85 (single stack). You can order from the Beretta forums classified as well.

You can also carry it on half cock, with the safety on, then when you flick the safety off, it is a double action pull. At least that is how my BB model works.

I don't carry cocked and locked but
I like that i can cock it and lock it when its in my hand, Combat ready. I can keep my finger on the trigger and not worry about ND. If i have to keep someone at gun point and have to move or on something unsteady it's safe. Its ready to rock with a quick flick and can go back to safe just as fast . It gives me control over a single action light pull trigger. Better control, more confidence.
I have had many single action light pull triggers break while all i wanted to do was take up and get on target center better just before the shot.
