I'm considering a used Gen 4 Glock 23 .40 S&W with three magazines for $390.00. Every day concealed carry, to replace a single-stack 9mm that I currently own. I want more ammo (13+1) and "punch" than the 7+1 and 6+1 magazines in my 9mm. I'm used to, and enjoy, the "snappy" .40 recoil. "My name is TNC and I'm a recoil junkie." The G23 (.40 version of the G19) would be my primary concealed carry. I already own a TCP for extreme concealed carry when needed. Why Glock? Because I want one.
Fair price? Should I, or shouldn't I?
Made for the very serious business of self-preservation - the 605 is built to the Taurus Zero Tolerance standard - in design, fabrication, fit and performance.
Pull the trigger on that deal. Good gun, good price and good caliber. Good luck and good shootin'.
A buddy of mine has the G23 and just picked up a 9mm barrel and mags to be able to switch up. His son got a .357 Sig barrel for his G23.

...Snopes provides no evidence to the contrary
Yup, I'd say that is a fair deal.
Are we there yet?
Indiana CCW, Utah CCW
And that model would give you an easy route to .357 Sig, right?

Ammo will get you through times of no money, better than money will get you through times of no ammo.
Criminal's lives DON'T matter!
I miss my 286.
I'll add that if you're getting a 40 cal, now is the time to get it and as much ammo as you can. Many police forces are migrating back to 9mm so there will be a supply glut for ammo for the next couple of years, then it will dry up and prices will creep upwards. We do however require a full range report.

Price is fair depending on condition of course.
I like and own GLOCK due to their versatility, ease and inexpensive ability to shoot different calibers of ammunition from the same pistol. When anyone mentions that they are looking at a 9mm GLOCK I tell them to look at the .40 cal models because they can convert to shoot 9mm and 357Sig as well as the .40 round for only the price of a new conversion barrel. Since the .40 and 357Sig use the same magazine there is no need to purchase any new mags. And many people get by shooting 9mm out of the same magazines with out issue.
As the years creep up upon me, my goal is to sell everything with the exception of my GLOCK pistols. Versatility, Dependability, Customer Service, and an aftermarket that is never ending...what's no to like?

Well then, I won't say "friends don't let friends buy Glocks". Sound like an elephant choking on a peanut. Glock Glock Glock.
