    Sure. I have not installed the sight yet - and will try the 3 dot first, as it is the same as all my other handguns.

    The Hi-point carbine I bought a few months ago has the same ghost ring peep sight.

    I only ever fired a Hipoint 380. It was heavy. How heavy is your 40?

    Congrats! I own a Hi-Point JHP45. It isn't pretty. It isn't mechanically elegant. It does go bang every time I pull the trigger. I'm sure you'll enjoy your JHP40.

    F.Y.I. if you want to disable the magazine disconnect, remove the disconnect bar under one of the grips.
