    New AR9 Build

This was built by the guy that cut my hair last week. He built it as follows:
    - Joe Bob Spartan Billet Lower with Anderson Stainless LPG ($129 + $45)
    - FFL Transfer ($35)
    - Delta Team Tactical 4.5 Barreled Upper with 4" Hand Guard ($119)
    - Gear Works Mod 1 Tailhook "Brace" ($90 with Buffer Tube & Spring)
    - Knock Off Law Tactical Folder ($30)
    - 8 OZ. Buffer ($25)
    - Kaw Valley BCG ($109)
    - No Name Red Dot ($30)
    Total $612

It's less than 13" long folded and 21 3/4" with stock extended. It shoots very well out to 50 yards. My "Barber" does not plan/need to shoot it any further than that. Now he's back to reloading 9mm again after 10+ years without a 9mm firearm. My "Barber" plans on getting a Magpul 21 round magazine so it will fit better in his laptop backpack. 33 round mags makes it too tall with the Red Dot on top. A Glock fifteen round mag fits but is 15 rounds enough?

Ordered it from AlliExpress (China's Amazon) several years ago. They are still about $30 and takes about 2 week to receive from China. They are made completely out of aluminum where the real LAW Folder is made of steel. My "Barber" had it on an AR-15 pistol with a 7.5" barrel and move it over to this AR9.
