    PT111 G2 after 300 rounds

The PT11 G2 is my second Taurus gun. I also have a PT19111 - great gun.

After having shot around 300 rounds with my PT111 G2, I have to say that this gun is really amazing. Not a single malfunction. Great ergonomics. Very easy to shoot and handle.

I ordered a crossbreed iwb holster for it, but it will be a few more weeks to get it. Looking forward to making this gun my EDC gun.

My permit will be arriving soon. 111 G2 in an AlienGear hybrid is how I will be carrying. My review of the gun is similar to your's asm, except I can't shoot it too well yet.

Shooting smaller size guns is not as easy as full size. I learned and practice for several years with my PT1911. Moving to the PT111 G2 is taking some time too. When I started shooting it, many times the slide would not lock open in the last round. It took me a while to realize that I was resting my tomb on the slide lock, which was never an issue when shooting a large frame pistol.

    PT-111's are habit forming.

I predict you'll buy it a stable mate sooner or later.

    ENJOY!

I don't have a PT111 G2, but I am waiting, impatiently, for the new PT140 G2 to show its face!
