Rounded up my 66, couldn't remember if it was ported or not. Looks like it'd fit the bill!

Rereading this article makes me want to reload. I have a few other rimless cartridges that need rimming lol. I also appreciate you sharing your .380 TAR data. Thanks glenwolde! Coop

Here is my new school M731, it has a 3 inch barrel and a matte blue titanium finish. I also have a classic SS 3 inch M741 which I'll post photos of later.

If the gun is in excellent shape $400 is a fair value. 669s and 689s are really well built and aesthetically pleasing to the eye (and hand). The ammo rounds out that deal nicely but I would steer...

Yes! I was researching some Taurus stuff the other day and came across these vintage ads on GunBroker. I'm not surprised some of the older guns blue finishes are refered to as royal blue and...

This might be a nice option for a 4 inch version of the model 85:

I really enjoy my 44 mag tracker. I shoot Winchester 240 gr jacketed soft points and recoil is managable. It's a lot more fun to shoot than my 41 snubby;)

That blue book price is low but the auction price is high. On a good auction site I'm thinking it would easily sell for over $700 if it's in good shape.

That's awesome you have a 6.5 inch. I've only ever seen one in the last 8 years! 700 grains!?! That is a crazy big boolit. I have some 440 grain I plan to shoot but have only shot 360 grainers so...

The taurus model 851 protector is the fully shrouded .38. Not sure when production ended on those but I think they came in an ultralight version as well.

There are 6 851's out on GB right now. Looks like they refer to it as the 851 CIA as well.
