Thank you all for helping me come up with ideas. I have decided instead of wood grips to put polymer grips on that look like mother of pearl. I am currently without my black beauty cause the gunsmith...

Great pickup! +P won't be any problem where the current pressure limit is 20,000 PSI. If I had one, my loads might not be higher in pressure, but velocity wise they'd perform closer to +P+. As far as...

I have a DAO 64-4 no lock 2" snub. It was one of the Brinks security trade ins that SOG is selling. It has an unreal trigger on it. I put some Hideout grips on it and it conceals very well OWB in...

I'll always have a soft spot for the 65 because it was my very first gun. I bought one at a pawn shop for $200 in the early 90's. It's not as bulky as a L frame, and it carries well. Congrats on a...

Those are Iconic Revolvers. I carried one for years and that is the revolver I used to earn my NRA Master Revolver Rating when I worked Corrections.

Taurus has done with it's finishes, what Colt did in the 80s during one of their strikes. They started parkerizing their revolvers, and within a few short years, they were out of the revolver...
