    Hello from Chesterfield, VA

    Good morning,
I am a forty-three year Master HVAC Technician. I take care of all the heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment at the City of Richmond (Richmond, VA) Water Purification Plant, they make up to 132 million gallons a day of very high quality drinking water. I have worked for several other companies in my career one was for almost thirty years. I like fishing and target shooting, I hunted heavily as a young man and just kill paper now, but if I needed the food, it would be game on again. I am a firearms enthusiast and own multiple pistols, rifles, and shotguns. In pistols I own Colt, SiG, HK, S&W, and Glock. This is my second Taurus, I own an 85BUL in 38spl. I bought it to be a "Truck Gun", but after receiving it the quality, feel, and features made me realize that it is much more. I installed Truglo night sights on it, a Keeptinkering SAO "Standard Curve" trigger, and have a Lakeline stainless steel striker guide coming.

Welcome! We can always use a good gunsmith around here, but if a gun goes haywire, we can just pick up another and get the bad one fixed later. HVAC, on the other hand, isn't so easily put down and another picked up. Thanks for offering your services to the forum!

    (See what I did there?)

Just kiddin'. I won't hit you up with any A/C questions just yet!

A military force, at the command of Congress, can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power, and jealousy will instantly inspire the inclination, to resist the execution of a law which appears to them unjust and oppressive.

to the forum from the Florida Keys!
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd amendment is not about hunting or shooting sports, it is about the citizens of this country having the means to protect themselves and the states from the tyranny, oppression, and misery of an over powering government. Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.
