Greetings from new member in Texas

Howdy folks. Good information and sharing here so thought I'd better join. I own 3 Taurus products, a 24/7, PT111 G1, and a POS PT738. If your not sure about the POS acronym - I'm not happy with it and the dang SN won't recognize on their website.

    Welcome from north Texas!

Sorry to hear about the 738, if it's a recent purchase/recently manufactured firearm it might not show up on the website tool. I just bought an M85 for example thats not in the system yet either. If you call their customer service they usually have better records and can look it up.

What problem are you having with it?

    Texas Aviator,

    3 issues:
    1. jam, jam, jam, jam. Heck when I have one in the chamber and want to clear it manually it jams then also. Bullet (hollow point) always jams in same position whether in firing mode or manual eject. Looking down on the top of the gun, bullet end always stuck to the right and firing pin side cocked to the left. 5 X with 60 rounds
    2. When firing either the number 5 or 6 bullet will stay in magazine and not load. Receiver is racked in the back position with 60 rounds.
    3. Dis assembly pin walks out during firing and the gun jams like #1 again. 2X with 60 rounds

All hollow points as I can't find range rounds anywhere.

    Jeff

Welcome from East Texas to the best gun forum on the internet.
Always remember to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle your targets
    Reduce them to shreds
Reuse shoot them more than once
    Recycle whatever is left over

Ignorance is the lack of knowledge. Stupid is the refusal to do anything about it.
