    New guy in El Paso, TX

    Howdy folks,
    Checking in from El Paso, TX! Not much to say about myself, I just got out of the Army and just recently got my first Taurus, a PT1911 in .45 - a little skeptical at first, but ~500 rounds later I love it to death!

    Great choice on the PT 1911! I have about 10,000 rounds through my PT 1911 and she is still running strong! And others here have lots more than that!

    A bit of holster wear, but looking nice (though the photography leaves something to be desired). Replaced the stock grips with VZ Double Diamonds and the FPS with an EGW FPS. Currently running 3 Chip McCormick mags and everything works flawlessly - she's at least as accurate as I am!
