It aint politically correct... but then again neither am I.

In March, 2005, this song was performed at a Diamond Rio concert. They received an immediate standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform it! Sadly, major radio stations wouldn't play it because it was considered politically incorrect. Consequently, the song was never released to the public. If this song speaks to your heart, sha re it with friends and loved ones. Then let us cease being the silent majoriy and join together as Americans!

let me give you the tree hugging liberal viewpoint.....
This song is intolerant hate speech and should be censored. Freedom of speech is only for pornographers, flag burners, far left Hollywood weirdos and militant socialists....

I think it's more gospal than country. I figured that would have been the reason for country stations not playing it, but who knows. Of course that could be from the rumor mill to dtir the poo if ya know what I mean.

I think you're right on that, its more of a gospel song, and mainstream country now is more of the "new" country sound. If you watch country music videos, they look more like rock videos now compared to the old cowboy country music performers of the past. I could see some traditional country stations playing it, but the "top40" country stations would pass on it.
