    Reactive/Exploding Targets? (Top Shot)

I was wondering if there was a place I could purchase these targets or if anyone knew of instructions on how to create my own? Any info or leads is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Tannerite?

The LGS up the street from my house carries it, I'll bet an LGS near you does, too.

My son bought one for me from Cabela's.
The explosive is binary, meaning it's (supposedly) perfectly safe until mixed - then you should use it right away.
Mine - still haven't used it - states that it requires high-velocity rounds to set it off.
(Comes in a small jar: mix it in the jar and the jar becomes your target.)

I know it is ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder but I do not know the ratio to mix it. I would just buy Tannerite and be safe. It does take a high power rifle to set it off
