Dead bodies flapping in the wind?

Are kidding me? This can't be real. Well, the city did leave thousands to die in the super dome until they gave in and sign for federal aid. I love the old city but it is run by idiots so I don't go much. Its only a 100 miles away but never go. It died in Katrina. Not from hurricane damage or flood waters but political red tide.
Letting dead bodies flap in the wind is exactly what has been going on for years so why is this such a shock.

Very Sad. I hope someone is able to come up with a way to recover the body.

The bodies have been there since October.

The bodies are still there, as is the wreckage. What, are they consulting the same engineers and architects for demolition that designed the building in the first place?

To keep this from going directly to Politics, all I'll say is this: It's New Orleans. Enough said.

Given the climate and the parts 'flapping', they can just wait and parts should start coming down any day now.

Did the issue not come up in an olfactory sense before this? Or is NOLA stinky enough no one noticed?
