Not a Pro Football fan, But am a Patrick Mahomes fan!

I pretty much only like to watch Patrick Mahomes play football as far as the pros go, and he did a great job today to get to the Super Bowl. I really look forward to that game. Great Kid!

I think even more of him after this year, because he had some adversity in the middle of the year, and he has pushed through it really well. I'm pulling for the Chefs in the SB !

The crime of the century was the Bears taking Trubisky over Mahomes. Absolute stupidity.

The guy is exciting. And based upon the way the Packers are playing so far, I'm predicting an SF vs. KC Superbowl. As long as the Chiefs just keep matriculatin' the ball down the field they're gonna' be hard to beat!

I think they mentioned that KC will be the home team so I assume they will get first choice of which uniform to wear.

One thing for sure, Patrick has his work cut out for him playing the 49'ers.

He lived three blocks from me when he went to TTU. He lived next door to a friend of mine.. I wish I could write a story about how he had a flat tire and I drove him to an important game, but I can't. I was actually disappointed when Kliff Kingsbury favored him instead of Baker Mayfield. History has shown Kingsbury made the right call on that one thing.

The kid is reasonably humble....as humble as a kid going to a Superbowl as the QB can be. "It's hard to be humble" is a favorite song of mine from back during the same time we were all grading women who entered a bar with ten being the highest. I confess I gave some negative scores.

I would like to know what he says to the team in a hddle. It would probably go like this, "We've got it, let's go out and get it!" Dure, he will show some disappointment when he lays one in the bread basket, and the receiver drops it, but it is never an exaggarated disappointment.

He has been very loyal to Lubbock and TTU. I just wish we could get a winning football team at Jones Stadium. Our new coach finished his first losing year at TTU, which I did not have much hope for the first year. TTU has always taken back seat to thhe recruiting other schools have the ability to do, but Mahomes will help a lot, and Chris Beard has done well with our Basketball Team, Tadlock has done well with Baseball. people wamt to play for them. Our Track team and our meats Judging team also do quite well.
I am willing to give Matt Wells at least two more years.

It is really nice to see TTU sports on the national Stage for a few years. Go Red Raiders!
