I'm one that LOVES 100+ heat ! Any temps below the 60s makes me uncomfortable. The rain, what little there was of it, helped the pasture but I fear it's too little too late. The thought of going into Winter with no grazing pasture is a repeat of 2011 and 2012. Hay will be in short supply. On a positive side, cold weather keeps me at the reloading bench, so all isn't lost.

We dropped from 75 to 40 overnight, after days of heavy rain. All of my dirt roads I use to get to a two lane are washed out. Almost lost my Tundra trying to get to church last Sunday. Supposed to struggle into the low 50's today with a stiff North breeze and sunny. But weekend looks great, temps in the 60's and sunny. Lots of lead will be going down range.

This weather is just right, I can always put on more clothes, but you can only take off just so much.

That's a big bonus that I hadn't been thinking about.
