    I used to go to the bowling alley with friends to pick up chicks. Some of them bowlin' alley girls sure were fun!!!

    Myself, I wasn't even too keen on the auto score things when they became so prevalent. I always thought the score keeping was part of the fun of bowling.....maybe 'coz ya' get to do a li'l colorin'-in now and then.

    We used to do the midnight bowling and usually about 1/2 way through we'd get the lightest bowling balls we could find and see how much airtime we could get and still hit pins. A bowling ball hitting the lane from 10 feet up makes a LOT of noise and is frowned upon by management.
