    Sol Pais is dead

This was the woman that had Colorado schools on high alert. She is from Florida and bought a shotgun once she arrived in Colorado. I thought you had to be a resident of Colorado to buy a firearm.

Self-inflicted gunshot wound. (Or so 'sources say'. Lying nearby was an empty manila envelope marked 'Hillary files'.)

Okay, just kidding about the envelope.

I don't know about Colorado, but in KY a resident of any state can buy a long arm if they are 18 or older.

Okay, just kidding about the envelope.
If that were the case, she would have shot herself twice in the chest

Not quite correct Federal law says you can buy long guns across state lines but that the sale must be legal in BOTH states. Since FL requires 21 for all gun sales including long guns there may be a Colorado FFL facing federal charges

I wondered about this. In Arkansas you can only buy long guns from neighboring border states......

Here is what federal law says "
Purchase Outside State of Residency - A person 18 years of age or older may purchase a long gun anywhere U.S.A. from a:

    1) FFL if purchased in person at the FFL’s premises, or in person from an FFL at a gun show in a State where the FFL is licensed, and if the sale is lawful in both States,§§ 922 (b)(1) & (b)(3)(A).

Since FL law is 21 it was not a legal sale in FL
