Many of those homes do have internet. It's probably better for them to let him on the internet, than having him camp out at one of the nurse's stations.

Could be a case of an article missing some important context, or an actual case of a crazy neighbor, as the article suggests. Hard to tell.

I agree that the cops shouldn't be called if the story is at it seems, but they say that the police have been called before. Ongoing harassment from the neighborhood scenario? I don't know.

Some people are persnickity about their lawns. Imagine if you came across some 12 year old cleaning your guns...

I grew up in a row home with patches of lawn in front of homes. Would play football on grass in front of friends homes . Concrete really hurt when you were tackled. If I had a nickel for every grumpy old lady yelling to get off her lawn I would be retired.

I wonder what would happen if all of her neighbors walked over to her house and mooned her when she walked outside. Probably call the police and report them for "indecent exposure".

The city is full of idiots. That's why I no longer live in a city "neighborhood". I just get miffed when I catch the neighbor's cows eating my garden veggies. Last time I ran 'em off with 7.5 shot from my 20, they haven't come back. I was beginning to wonder if I had enough dove loads.

That's because they weren't broke of the habit as children and were never taught to mind their own business. Apparently, they never heard the old sayings (plural, I'm combining them) about snitches ending up with stitches or in ditches.
