Walmart customer wanting hunting license pages employee himself, video goes viral

What's that one comedian's saying regarding people asking stupid questions should have a sign around their neck so people would know they're stupid, "Here's your sign!"

Oh, and b.t.w, the guy wanting the hunting license is named Forrest Hunter.

The video shows him in the sporting goods section when he picks up the telephone to speak on the intercom.

"Customer needs assistance in sporting goods please? I'm the customer."
A Walmart associate came over afterward and helped him.
"A guy walked up and asked if I️ needed any help. I️ said, 'How’d you know?' Then I️ bought my hunting license," Hunter told WKYT.

I must have missed something..... so the guy used the PA to ask for help.

How is this interesting in any way?

Are we the only country dumb enough to start a second civil war because we are offended by the first one?

    That he had to.

My wife works at Walmart and they've cut hours to the bone. Interesting that they did it right after the tax cut bonuses.

I've done it plenty of times during and after I quit working there, but they changed the settings and I couldn't figure it out.

I just call the store operator from my cell phone and tell them to send someone to my department. It's easier than walking around the store looking for an employee.

Personally, I get my fishing and hunting licenses at a local sporting goods store that treats every customer that enters with respect, and can do the job properly. I only go to Wally World when I know exactly what I want, and exactly where to go to get it. And my patience level with trying to get assistance from a Wally World employee is quite low, and gets lower the more I have to wait.

Electing Joe Biden as President will be similar to going bear hunting at night with just a pair of chop sticks and a lit candle. You know it is a bad idea from the outset, you can not defend yourself, you are ill prepared for what can and maybe will happen, and you question why you even thought it would be a good idea in the first place.

Well, that's my point.... it seems everyone knows about the poor service at Walmart and yet so many continue to shop there!

I don't do Walmart.... I can't tell you how long it has been since I was in Walmart for any reason.

Sporting goods, ammunition, groceries, automotive, NOTHING! I live in a small town and I support the local business' everytime I shop.

I don't think the aggravation of poor service is worth it just to be able to complain about poor service!

In a previous career I managed a team that did on-site key system (phone) installations for retail locations. This included programming the system. The programmers would always install a default code for 'system announcement.' More often than not, the store management would never change it so sometimes my guys would go into a store and test it. I have heard in K-Mart stores "Attention K-Mart shoppers: Free milk on aisle 5" and the place goes nuts!! I once had a guy announce "Ladies and Gentleman, Elvis has left the building" at a Target store. Great fun!!
