    Judge's first victum

My wife went out to the mailbox yesterday and was greeted with a surprise. She came back in and started telling me about it and I replied he would be long gone before I could get back out there. Nothing would do her but for me to go back out and do something about it. I grab the Judge and went. I was wrong he hadn't moved very far and acted like he didn't want too. I moved him with a load of #6's to the head from the Judge. He measured almost 5 ft. and had 5 rattles. Neighbor across the road skinned him out and fried him up.

I am thinking that is the wrong weapon for an Eastern Diamond back. Here this might be big enough.

nah, for a snake a shovel will do, however for one of these, nothing short of that MBT will do, and even then, its just a start

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd amendment is not about hunting or shooting sports, it is about the citizens of this country having the means to protect themselves and the states from the tyranny, oppression, and misery of an over powering government. Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.

An Eastern Diamondback is not something I'd want to see in my yard. I have enough trouble with
Copperheads as it is. That skin would look good on a pair of boots, belt or hatband. With only five
rattles, that snake was still a young one and had some growing to do.
