    Heritage

I recently re-purchased a Heritage 22 SA pistol. Decided to order the extra 22 mag barrel. It came today & was surprised to see TAURUS on the label. Didn't know Heritage was part of Taurus now.

I just bought a Heritage Rough Rider myself. I haven't owned one for awhile. It hasn't gotten to my ffl yet. I knew that Taurus had purchased Heritage but I didn't know they were flying the Taurus flag.

Enjoy your SA Zoid. That Heritage has the famed 4 clicks when cocking...music to the ears and fun to shoot...

I've had a Rough Rider for a good while and I also bought the mag cylinder for it as you did. I shot the mag cylinder one time and removed it. It is painfully loud and the ammo is expensive. I have been very happy with it and it goes perfectly with my Henry lever action rifle.

Wow, I don't think any of my three Heritages have "Taurus" on them. I may be wrong, but I believe they were all made after Taurus bought them.

The Taurus moniker was on the SHIPPING LABEL, not on the gun.

Been having some issues with this revolver "LOCKING UP" on me. May shoot a bunch of rounds through without a problem, then the cylinder will just freeze the gun. Have to remove the cylinder to get it to function again. I really know very little about SA only revolvers.

I wear hearing protection, myself, especially when shooting short barreled magnums....22, .357. or what not.
