Got another email from Taurus. They want me to pay $50 to send it back. I can get a new one for $99.
Need to decide how to dispose of the serialized part.
My Heritage shoots as well as my new Ruger Wrangler and is less ammo picky to boot. I still like it for what it is, but I have a DA Rossi, old M511 Sportsman, that will out shoot either.Nice to have a cowboy .22 or two in the collection, though.

Well, if they send it back to you and it's fixed the right way then you're ahead of the game having it shipped home. If they send it back to you and it's still broken Maybe you and I can work out some kind of a deal To buy it as a parts gun.
PM me and we will talk about it…

I see gun control as waiting in an ambulance at the bottom of a cliff when we should be building a fence at the top!
Not going to pay $50 to ship it to them. No guarantee they'll fix it. Plus, something else could go wrong with it. Just not worth it.
