I am Afraid This Reminds Me of My Wife and Myself

Two very active seniors (Jacob, age 92, and Mary, age 89), living in The Villages, are all excited about their decision to get married.
They go for a stroll to discuss the wedding and on the way they pass a drugstore. Jacob suggests they go in.
Jacob addresses the man behind the counter:

    "Are you the owner?"
    The pharmacist answers, "Yes."

Jacob: "We're about to get married. Do you sell heart medication?"
    Pharmacist: "Of course we do."

Jacob: "How about medicine for circulation?"
    Pharmacist: "All kinds."

    Jacob: "Medicine for rheumatism?"
    Pharmacist: "Definitely."

Jacob: "How about suppositories and medicine for impotence?"
    Pharmacist: "You bet!"

Jacob: "Medicine for memory problems, arthritis and Alzheimer's?"
Pharmacist: "Yes, a large variety. The works."

Jacob: "What about vitamins, sleeping pills, Geritol, antidotes for Parkinson's disease?"
    Pharmacist: "Absolutely."

Jacob: "Everything for heartburn and indigestion?"
    Pharmacist: "We sure do."

Jacob: "You sell wheelchairs and walkers and canes?"
    Pharmacist: "All speeds and sizes."

    Jacob: "Adult diapers?"
Pharmacist: "Sure, how can I help you?

Jacob: "We'd like to use this store as our Bridal Registry."

Truth is stranger than fiction. The Villages just had a couple of busts this past week. One was a drug house. The other was a golf cart "chop" shop.
They can add this to the sex acts on the tables of the clubhouse, gigolo's and prostitutes....what a place to retire!

My wife's brother lives next to The Villages.
He says every day is like golf cart demolition derby.
They are zipping around there like Richard Petty.

I can think of no worse fate than being consigned to the Villages for the remainder of my life.

    That bad huh?
All I know about the place is that it is huge and I was told all the old folks drive like they own the planet.

First of all, you better show up with a pile of disposable cash- the joint ain't cheap.

Secondly, are you of the personality type that needs friends- 'cause you're gonna have a s*** load of them in The Villages!

All I can imagine is John Belushi having survived to the age where he could star in the film- probably of the same name- "The Villages!"

Hmm, I though M. Knight Shymalayan already made that film...
