    CCI .22Long Rifle Ammunition Manufacture

    Parts 1 & 2

For some reason I've always found the entire process of ammunition and firearm manufacturing to be almost as fascinating as utilizing the finished products. Enjoy everyone!

Kind of amazing that you only get a couple bad rounds out of 1000s of rounds of 22s! Very interesting

    Very interesting.
I had always thought the cases were punched out of a circle of brass, just never knew exactly how it was done.
Similar to the way CO2 cartridges are made, just on a smaller scale. (saw that on "How It's Made" before it moved to another channel I don't get)
Are centerfire cases made much the same way?
    CO2 cartridge.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd amendment is not about hunting or shooting sports, it is about the citizens of this country having the means to protect themselves and the states from the tyranny, oppression, and misery of an over powering government. Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.
