How do you tell a communist? Well, it's someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It's someone who understands Marx and Lenin.

we've found gander mt to be a cheap alternative near us for indoor pistol shooting. cheap and good for working out the kinks, plus they will give tips to both first time shooters and old pros with kinks. I think it was $25 for an hour slot on their range. obviously ther are limits to an indoor range but it works nice.

For our PA members, you can shoot for the cost of ammo and targets at the PA State Game Lands. You can either buy a Range Permit ($30) or a Hunting License ($25) which will cover your range fees for a year. It's outdoors, so you have the weather to deal with, but it's a small price to pay compared to the fees at indoor ranges locally (which are sparse to say the least).

I live in northwest florida myself and given the abundance of rural undeveloped land we usually just go out in the woods or a clay pit to shoot. Just check to make sure your not on private or government property.

By the way I live in Ohio and the gun store that I frequent just did Automatic August! They opened there privite range for there customers and for a nominal fee and cost for ammo over a 100 of us shot many types of automatic weapons. I even fired a Browning 1919 wow what a day. It was well done. I fired a 1919/ ak 47/ak 74/british sten/ uzi/mp4/and an auto glock which was real cool. Hopefully it was a success for them ( I think it was). for I can't wait till they do it again.

Thanks! I didn't find any new shooting ranges in my area but I did find a hunting club I knew nothing
about with headquarters within five miles of where I work.
