The biggest oops in recorded history

An avionics mech in Belgium ‘accidentally’ fired a Vulcan 20mm and destroyed another plane.

The Second Amendment does not grant the right to bear arms, that right is inherent. The Second Amendment prohibits the government from infringing upon that right.

"The Belgian Air Force was reluctant to discuss the cause of the incident until the full investigation had been completed but were quick to condemn Belgian newspaper De Standaard for an article for unfairly lampooning the Air Force for destroying one of its own aircraft."

I'm guessing that they don't have something like our First Amendment. Nor an American sense of humor.

From the photos of the damage, I'd say one F-16 destroyed and the other F-16 was damaged beyond repair. Thankfully nobody was seriously injured.
