    New amminition developed for the seals changes the playing field. The new bullets are accurate to within 1or 2 inches at 50 yards underwater!

    Bullet didn't seem to slow down through 4 blocks of ballistic jell.

    It's fascinating technology. As the article says, it's been done for torpedoes, and I've heard that it's being investigated as a way to allow submarines to launch missiles (at air or land targets) from deeper depths.

    Did you also see the article about the Army researching the switch to a larger caliber bullet? The better to punch body armor with, my dear. 6.8mm.
