Druken Judges get shot at a White Castle, learn a lesson on how to avoid conflict

Although the shooter was not a licensed CCW person he might have a legit self defense claim, at least to a charge of attempted murder. I am not however a Indiana lawyer or legal expert nor am I taking a side. I only say "might have" because I've seen examples of it before being successful despite the illegal carrying. Whether it will work for the defendant in this particular situation or not IDK. Regardless, this situation didn't need to happen.

Talk about food fights; first it was Popeye's chicken sandwiches, now it's White Castle.

    What's next Krispy Kreme doughnuts?

Amazing that they aren't bright enough to think of the repercussions before hand.
    I guess intelligence isn't a requirement for a judge.

You'd think Judges, of all people, would know that nothing good happens after midnight.

It is interesting how the judges get a slap on the wrist and a few days off work. But, then again, they are very, very sorry.

Regardless of any unconstitutional "carry" law, you have the right to keep and bear arms and the right to defend yourself.

Liquor and guns is a bad combination. Judges also set a bad example of how to act in public.

They need a change of venue to this judge's courthouse.

“Historically, freedom is a rare and fragile thing . . . Freedom has cost the blood of millions in obscure places and in historic sites ranging from Gettysburg to the Gulag Archipelago . . .That something that cost so much in human lives should be surrendered piecemeal in exchange for visions and rhetoric seems grotesque. Freedom is not simply the right of intellectuals to circulate their merchandise. It is, above all, the right of ordinary people to find elbow room for themselves and a refuge from the rampaging presumptions of their ‘betters’.” Thomas Sowell

this will end the same way as the Florida parking lot shooter. They, the non-judges, didn't have to pull into the parking lot and escalate the fight. I also wouldn't be surprised if the judges are forced to step down because of this.
