This is Florida. We have a lot of concealed carry folks walking around. They don't seem to learn.

Maybe a public service announcement on the radio would help.

Not likely. The bad guys will just be angry they failed and got caught.

I'd say something but it would come across as insensitive.

Score another for the good guys. They will never learn because they're constantly told everyone owes them.

I mean just how many slider crimes are reported everyday from people leaving their keys in their cars while filling up at the gas pump?
what- cha wanna bet if the Lady at the ATM was alone she would have been just another victim?

What is this "Marsy's Law" that protects victims? Is it something exclusive to Florida?

It basically gives or assures victims, rights.

The constitutional amendment regarding the rights of crime victims—known as Marsy's Law—provides crime victims, their families, and their lawful representatives with specific rights, including a right to due process and to be treated with fairness and respect; a right to be free from intimidation, harassment, and abuse; a right to have the victim's welfare considered when setting bail; a right to proceedings free from unreasonable delay, among others.[3]
