Article says people are already stockpiling ammo in advance of this. I saw an article online a few days ago, where a shop owner said ammo sales were already out the roof.

" Buyers will also be charged for that background checks. "
That is an "infringement" , a cost charged for a constitutional right. It should have been DOA before signed into law.
Big paid day for those who join the class action lawsuit. No way the SCOTUS upholds this.

People are required to by permits to assemble and rally. The Court loves to tell us what our rights are!

My questions...is it legal to bring ammunition in to California? Are citizen-to-citizen ammunition sales prohibited? I can see making midnight runs to AZ or NV to buy bullets...

Having lived in California and going through the shenanigans there, and then living not too far from Reno (and going to the gun shows there), I can confidently say that ammo will be in short supply at NV gun shows more than they are now. The vast majority of license plates in any large, western NV gun show are California, and the longest lines are always at the ammo booths.

sounds like it might be worthwhile to also stock up on bismuth and tin to make lead free projectiles.

Isn't liberalism great? "Let's try to tax and regulate it out of existence !!!"

Here in Phoenix, you see many CA plates at the gun shows also. And you see lines of people at those tables where ammunition is sold.
I have also seen them at the local bulk ammo sales spot, buying in bulk. Heck, the person running it has all but said he will not ship to CA any longer.
Any other place that has good supplies of ammo, such as Cabela's, Bass Pro, or other sporting goods have seen their stocks dwindling down, also.

Good question: How will this affect those who reload in CA? Or even those who reload as a 'second job" in CA?

California liberals: They are not completely worthless. They make perfect examples of poor candidates and political office holders.
