    Went with my nephew.

Boy just bought a new AK and wanted to sight it in. Got it.

I tool my trusty Winchester Model 670. Had some new Remington ammo to try. Got the scope sighted in an inch high at 50 yards. Makes is almost dead on at 200. Don't know what it is about this rifle but it's always been incredibly accurate. Last group today was four rounds at fifty yards. Group was less than an inch at fifty yards with all shots touching. I bought this gun used from an acquaintance back in 1980 or so. Paid $100 for it and a whack-a-mole Lee Loader, powder, bullets, primers for 100 rounds. It isn't pretty but it's highly functional. Safety needs some attention.

Also took the Stoeger Cougar 8040. It's just boring accurate and reliable.

    All the Best,
    D. White

Took my Springfield Armory XDm 10mm and Beretta Tomcat (32 ACP) out yesterday to air ‘em out. Shot well. I did end up buying a Sig P320 in 357 SIG on the way out the door.

Took my SBR in 300Blk to try out a new optic. Oh yeah.

The 7.62x39 pistol upper I just finished. 7.5 inches of thunder at fifty yards. I was all over the paper until I got the red dot dialed in. I think it's going to require something with some magnification before I'm completely happy with it though.

WASR 10 underfolder. Put a little more than 100 rounds through it. I put an ALG trigger on it in 2016 and it makes a big difference in accuracy, with open sights.

Rossi 44mag. 50 rounds of 44mag and 50 of 44 Special. I was way more accurate at the beginning of shooting the 44mag, at least until I started flinching. Even when I knew what was happening, I had a hard time getting it under control. The 44 specials were a low powered target load, I'd been using in my Charter Arms snubbie. I guess it's back to the reloading bench to figure out a magnum load that won't cause the dreaded magnum flinch.

Well, I got done working on my tractor and was happy with what I'd gotten done today, so I spent some time on my range with my SR22. Love that little pistol.

I shot my PT 99 today first time in years. I used to shoot it a lot, I have at least 35k through it, bought in 1985 or 86 anyway that was a lot of pistols ago. I tested some SD rds. through my Kahr CW 380 which will be my pocket carry after hip replacement surgery when my mobility will be with a walker and than cane. Also shot the Buckmark, bullseye practice. First time I didn't shoot a 1911 in I don't know how many years at a range trip.

I break my old 1987 model PT 99 out once in a Blue moon as well.
the thing shoots really good, always has and has been a very good weapon for me.
I haven't kept up with round count but know its way past 10-K rounds.
my biggest fear is breaking/losing the rear sight.

I try not to think about when I do shoot. I guess I could make a sight if I had to, I do have access to a machine shop but I have a hard time getting there when the shop is open.

I broke out the 10/22 yesterday to teach that old 2" plate a lesson. It's about 40 yards from the steps I was sitting on. Burned up a box of CCI standard velocity and quit.

I mowed the front yard today. Now it's started raining again and I'm chilling at the computer listening to an Eagles concert on AXS TV.

My Grandson and I went to the range and shot 22 rifles today. He was a lot more accurate than I was with open sights at 50yds, but hey, he's 12 and I'm 65. His eyes are a lot better.

He took his Cricket even though it's almost too small for him. We also had my Golden Boy and Papa Cook's Mossberg 152.
The Golden Boy is now his new favorite rifle.
