Amazingly Academy had 9mm restocked today. A notice on the door said you could buy only 3 boxes of ammo per day but did not say anything about the capacity of an individual box . So I bought 3 x 200ct Winchester Range Pack (whitebox) 115gr 9mm. 600 rounds total.

Nope, didn't buy a thing. Looked at empty shelves where ammo used to be at the local Wal-Mart.

Last night I scooped up what could likely be amongst the very last of the cheap SD ammo in hopes that it will run in my Para. Got the last 5 - 50rd boxes of gold dot on recoil gun works. I know it was the last 5 because I added 6 to my cart and the site said they were sold out, took one box out of the cart and the sale went through. Refreshed the page and the deal was gone.

The deal I was looking at on 22lr was gone as well.

There are "four boxes" that can be employed to resist the downfall of America, the ballot box, the soap box, the jury box and, lastly, the ammo box.

Went back to Academy with my wife as she needed some workout clothes. Went over to guns & ammo to check them out. They had restocked with Monarch .223 brass case and steel case. Again, the limit was 3 boxes per person so when we checked out she had 3 boxes (20 count) and I had 3 boxes. So 120 boolits total. Then went to Walmart and got some toilet paper. 32 rolls Northern double ply!! OMG, am I officially a hoarder!??

Just checked my ammo supplies, looking pretty good all around.. even got some slugs, buckshot and bird shot tucked away. But I used a Amazon gift card to buy some more Ballistol and Hoppe's 9 gun oil both priced ok... although Baslistol was a dollar more @ $8.99 and Hoppe's 9 seemred right @ $2. 95, but I'm glad that I bought them, just have a bit more cleaning supplies on hand for the long haul. And also 500 quantity long cotton swabs will the long wooden wicks, they came in 100 quantity packs, those alone were about $7.00
