Bought an ergo roller handle for a reloading press, and an led light system for same press. If I like the handle I may copy it for a couple other presses.

I ordered a SCCY CPX-2 today from Rural King and after rebate, it will cost $134.98 plus tax and $12.99 shipping. It is a 15 ounce sub-compact 10 round 9mm with a lifetime warranty like Taurus once had. That will make me have a 9mm in all sizes (sub-compact, compact, mid-size, large and PCC rifle). It will be at the store in 7-10 days. I really have no need for it but I have a problem if it is a 9mm or a 22 (3 revolvers, 2 semi autos, lever action rifle, bolt action rifle and 2 semi-auto rifles).

I picked up a set of used Beretta Model 84 grips off Ebay for 23 and change. They look to be in really good condition and will replace the ones on my Model 81BB. I just jave to figure out how to loosen the OEM grip screws. I suspect that they have Loctite on them and I'm hoping that a soldering iron judiciously applied convinces them to turn.

Walked in to my LGS today just goofing off time, wife was getting her hair done, and they had a Ruger Wrangler there for 180 bucks. I had to have it. It's a lot tighter and better built than my Heritage, but not any more accurate and the trigger is a might stiffer (hoping it'll get a might lighter with use.) It definitely has its preferences in ammo, as do all the rest of my rimfires. It don't shoot worth a toot with CCI Mini mag. It's good with Remington GB (2" at 25 yards, best so far) and Federal Champion.

All in all I could have lived without it, I suppose, but it's my ninth Ruger pistol and my fifth Ruger single action revolver. I kinda like Rugers, sucker for a new Ruger.

I ordered a new sight set for the Marlin 375 I've been working on. The sights come from Skinner Sights. I ordered the blued version.
