Picked up my Collector Series Ruger 10/22 yesterday, and ordered an extended mag release, auto bolt release and bolt buffer to go with the Ruger BX trigger I already have. Oh, Ruger includes a $25 gift certificate for an additional butt pad/cheek rest to go with a scope, so I have that on order now.

These Collector Series Ruger 10/22 rifles are still in stock and on sale at PSA for $200.

Battle of Wanat: 10 years ago last 13 July, 1LT Brostram was killed in combat killing the last enemy combatant in the outpost. The LT went to the point of decision and made the difference that turned the tide of the battle. The original investigation found the Bde Cmdr, the Bn Cmdr and the Co Cmdr at fault for dereliction of duty. If you want to see what a sarcastic silver star citation reads like, pull up the company commander's silver star.

I have one of these that I use when I sit outside at the pond on the stone benches, works great so I can recommend them for sure!

and to get MYSELF back on topic!
I purchased a few gun storage units, for lack of better terminology, to setup my old gun safe for pistols only.
they are the devices that hold the pistols upright, and a few plastic cartridge cases that hold 50 rounds of 300 Blackout as all those lil 20 round boxes are cumbersome.
so now I will have a devoted safe for pistolas and one for long guns.
Plus I got room for more 1911's now!

As mentioned in other threads...I ordered some CZ83 parts for the safety on the gun...it's a bit wonky I think because the pivot pin is not spec. Then I ordered one of the surplus Beretta 81BB's that Gander has for sale...just because I don't have a Beretta yet.

I placed a used (LNiB) Smith & Wesson Sigma SW40VE on layaway the other day and bought a SW40VE 14 round magazine that was on sale for $19.99 (regularly $34.99) on gunmagwarehouse.

You may want to look at Lyman Turrets. The new ones have 8 stations, plenty to hold a couple of sets of dies, plus separate crimp dies, or even military crimp swages.
