Bought 1000 large pistol primers to go with the Brazos Precision 230gr cast 45 acp bullets that came in the mail today. I also have some walnut grips coming for my PT1911.

Last week I actually carried this pistol in my pocket holster and my black P365 on my hip. Talk about fast reloads!

I purchased a new rang bag from amazon this week. $29.99 and it looks like it will be a good one.

I can't even remember the last thing "gun related" that I bought. Probably defensive ammo.

I'm afraid my recreational shooting days are pretty much over. I have wet macular degeneration in my right eye. They can stabilize it with a monthly injection, (for some reason people always flinch when I tell them I get an injection directly into the eye ) but they can't "cure" it. At nearly 73 years old, I've lost a lot of fine detail needed for open sight precision shooting (but don't try to sneak into my house). My right eye sees virtually no straight lines and "floaters" come and go.

When it started, I knew what it was because my parents had it. A couple months ago I ask the doctor how long it would have taken for me to go blind in that eye if I had not recognized the symptoms 4 years ago and started treatment. He said usually about 6 months.

My Mom caught hers too late for help. Glad you knew the symptoms.
