I received two 9mm magazines in the mail for my TH9c. These are the compact mags. Also bought two 20 round boxes of CCI shot loads in .22 magnum. Snakes are coming out and I took one out yesterday with my TH9c. I don't always have a bigger gun on me, though, and ALWAYS have my Black Widow and .22LR version of my NAA mini in either pocket. I loaded the Black Widow with two shot loads up front and 3 Hornady CDs to finish it off.

I purchased an ADA red dot for my Polymer80 Glock build. I just hope it's not complete trash.

I ordered a TH9 17 round mag for my 809.....i have heard they work and decided to take a chance. I was going to trade it in but i have convinced myself to keep it. The fact that i won't get anything trading it in and the hassles with selling it make it not worth the effort.
Soon as i get it and can run rounds thru it I'll let all the 809 owners know how it works. Not that they are in great supply either......

Picked up some stippling tools off Amazon and dropped by my LGS and picked up 100 rounds of Speer nickel plated cases, 124 grain Gold Dot, 9mm +P, off a LEO contract over run. I have been buying this stuff up every time I drop by. Premium Defense ammo at practice ammo prices.

Battle of Wanat: 10 years ago last 13 July, 1LT Brostram was killed in combat killing the last enemy combatant in the outpost. The LT went to the point of decision and made the difference that turned the tide of the battle. The original investigation found the Bde Cmdr, the Bn Cmdr and the Co Cmdr at fault for dereliction of duty. If you want to see what a sarcastic silver star citation reads like, pull up the company commander's silver star.

SOCOM Stuff came in a couple of days ago. I found a red dot in my drawer that originally came on my Hi Point 995 and decided to test its resilience...if the rain would ever stop!

I bought a Glock 17 Gen5 MOS from a GlockTalk member that hadn't shot 100 rounds through it. I hope to receive it the middle of next week and take it to the range shortly afterward.

My experience is that it kicks about like a good 20 gauge gas auto, although it is not unknown for adjustable stocks to collapse under the recoil.

    I guess I'll find out .

I have a 3.5 oz (maybe 4 oz...) buffer in there which may help a bit...the stock fits very tight so hopefully it won't collapse.

check the muzzle when you get it and see if there is any blood splatter from the accidental shooting to the foot-- there may be a reason it is so seldom fired!--GriiiiN>
