I stopped by my local gun store and bought three 50-round boxes of CCI Blazer Brass 45ACP 230-grain ammunition and two 25 round boxes of Sig V-Crown 380 JHP ammunition.
I also bought a rechargeable dehumidifier for my handgun safe and a humidity meter to go inside the safe.

The all steel Kahr pistols are a bit on the heavy side for their size and the triggers take a bit of getting used to, but they are built extremely solid and my blued version of your new pistol has never had a failure of any kind.

I'm looking forward to getting it to the range. I've had several polymer frame Kahrs and their consistent trigger is one of the things I look like about the brand. As for the weight, I carried a full size 1911 concealed for many years. I learned a long time ago that a proper holster and gun belt can allow you to conceal just about anything.
