A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd amendment is not about hunting or shooting sports, it is about the citizens of this country having the means to protect themselves and the states from the tyranny, oppression, and misery of an over powering government. Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.

I plan on being there before lunch if all goes well.
The drive is 720 miles or so and IF I get off early Thurs as planned I should be within close striking distance Friday AM.
Variables aside -- yeah, see you then!!

Oh. Guess I'd better bring the intern!!

Seriously - sounds like TH will have some infrastructure for us. I'll bring misc clamps, scrap wood for 'shelves' and a cordless drill (2 batteries) we can use at the site. 2-3" drywall screws, lag bolts etc. holes in the thick stuff - we'll see!

Im bringing the 30-06 AP rounds and some 5.56 green tip hot loads as well. We'll see what we can do.

Have to angle down for ricochets - especially for regular rounds that bounce off or only dent. I do not want to drive home dead!!

PM details. Let's swap phone/text numbers, eh??

If we can get holes in them we can hang them from the back and that'll angle them down

My Bags are Packed, I'm Ready to Go..............................

.........and so is the F150. Initial ice down of 1/2 case each of Shiner Bock & Black Lager; water and Gatorade. Will re-ice when leaving tomorrow for Waco. Should be good and cold by the time I get to Sand Lake to watch Mingaa unload steel. I've got a "carrot and stick" to see if I can coax TH into helping.

    See ya'll Friday AM!

Ha! A carrot! You'll need to put one of those Shiner's on a stick, or better yet, some bourbon.
