The SR 22 is great with kids isn't it my daughters love mine. I started them with 1 round in the mag at a time. So far I have not found any ammo it will not work with.

Sounds like a blast. My daughter is 3, so I have to wait a bit.

Good job, taking my kids to the range shortly.
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd amendment is not about hunting or shooting sports, it is about the citizens of this country having the means to protect themselves and the states from the tyranny, oppression, and misery of an over powering government. Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.

I started my kid at 5. She is a bit recoil sensitive still. You know how those 22s kick.

She wants her own handgun but I told her she had to wait until she's 8. That's in January.
