Another one I've thought about is a LeMat. That would be cool to own and shoot, 9 shots of .42 caliber ball and a single shot 20 gauge barrel under it. It's a BIG gun, impressive. But, I kinda think I could find more fun things to do with the Howdah.

While "need" hardly ever comes into play when cravinng new firearms, the "need" for ammmo is very, very real in the 22lr caliber! I would love to come upon a stash like this!

Ammo for .22 is one reason I've been shooting a lot of black powder lately. However, to my utter jaw dropping amazement, we went to Hallettsville today to get Holly's prescription, well, one of 'em, so I made my usual trek to sporting goods. I'll be tootin' if they didn't have 500 rounds left of a recent shipment! Limit was 3 100 round boxes of CCI standard velocity. Sent Holly back to grab the last two, so I got 500 rounds. at about 8 cents a round and NO SHIPPING CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, I did dances all afternoon.

Well, just this week I scratched another line off of the bucket gun list (pics coming soon), and depending on a circumstance or two the next bucket list item may be one of these

Which means I'll need to stay away from these

So I don't end up having to buy one of these...

Guns? No way! They make my canoe sink

I believe in gun control! Starting with a firm 2 handed grip....
