    Prvi Partizan .45acp

My local wallyworld just got this in stock yesterday.Prvi Partizan .45acp 230grn.fmj.It is brass cased and looks pretty well made.I have never fired any of this Serbian made ammo before. But i couldn't resist and bought 2 boxes @19.99 each per 50.
Anybody have any experience with this ammo. It's been too cold outside here and i am battling a serious sinus infection to try it out today!

I have used the 9 and have NO problems with it. Some people say it is dirty...but what ammo is not!

My LGS has Prvi Partizan in multiple calibers and I purchased 4 boxes of .45 acp at 17.95 each.

I shot two boxes through my PT145 with no problems whatsoever. It seems to be good stuff.

I've used it, and it shoots just fine. The only thing I notice, is the burned powder has it's own distinctive aroma!

imo it is good stuff, I paid 16.95 at aimsurplus for 10mm which is about $10 a box cheaper than local, this ammo is the same as monarch at academy sports.

Yes sir! I have a neighbor that burns through the Monarch in 380 and 9MM and gives me the brass, I looked at it and sure nuff its PPU headstamps.
the only thing that i have noticed about the 380 is that virtually every primer is swelled outward, but the stuff shoots well.
the brass has actually held up veyr well to reloading., and my reloads don't swell the primers!-LOL
I have shot lots of the 9MM and 45 acp in new factory, its loaded to CIP pressure levels like many Eurpopian manufactures so is usally a bit warmer than American made stuff, never had a minutes trouble with it in my guns.

PPU is good ammo. I use 30 carbine, 9mm all weights & 45acp all weights and no hickups. As stated before the brass is good and strong for reloading.

I have shot the 380 from Wally World in my TCP. During the 100 rounds I've shot it has fed, shot and ejected reliably. The brass comes out dirty, but I haven't noticed that the gun gets any dirtier than with other ammo I've tried - except for perhaps PDX1.

Privi also manufactures Wolf Gold ammunition. I've shot Privi from AIM Surplus in 7.62x25, 7.62x39, 7.62x54R Match, .300 Win. Mag, 7.62x51 Match, and in 9x19, .45 ACP, and .380 ACP. Never had any problem with any of it.
