    All Copper .22 Ammunition

CCI is marketing an all copper .22 cartridge with a 21 grain "compressed copper polymer" bullet. Has anyone tried these and if so, what were your results?

Found some at the local Big 5. Report and recoil very mild from the 21 gr. composite bullet was very mild, but surprisingly accurate at 15 feet. You could almost put them all in the same hole. Next up, live targets.

sounds like a scaled down version of the ARX round could be just around the corner. Not sure about recoil though. I mean we are talking about a 22 LR so that's not a lot of mass to cause recoil unless it's flying over 3000 fps.

    CCI Ammunition - Product Detail

Kinda' looks like an ARX round without the fluting. 1850fps at muzzle. Fast little bugger. I check around a few Academy store sites and they don't seem to have them yet. Nor Cabela's.
