I ate at Salt Grass when I was in Houston for business. My boss took us and was picking up the check. When he heard me order the chicken fried steak, he said "You can order anything you want. I'm paying." I said "I just did". I don't have to look any further, once I see chicken fried steak on the menu. It was very good, but I'd like to go back and try the T-bone.

I'm with you, I really enjoy a good chicken fried steak, s'long as it's done right. TBones are probably among my least favorite cuts, I'd rather have a porterhouse, ribeye, or a prime rib cut...rare...cool red center rare.

I have eaten pure junk all day. Made sausage egg & cheese sandwiches for breakfast. , I ate two chicken & broccoli pot pies, I had a turkey sandwich. I ate a piece of chicken breast baked in barbeque sauce. 15 homemade oatmeal raisin cookies. A bottle of cookies and creme flavored milk. A can of soup, a reheated sausage egg and cheese from this morning, a PB&J. I ate a philly steak & cheese hot pocket. I had another pot pie.
