    Made homemade tacos from the ground up. Soft corn tortillas, braised pork shoulder hit with a blowtorch to give it a bit of smoke/char, guacamole and pickled onions and peppers:

    I believe it's going to be salmon, asparagus and some kinda basil garlic polenta....MrsFlyr is cooking (I'm still at work at the moment) Not sure about beverage yet....but was thinking about some bourbon after dinner!

    Last night I had grilled chicken that marinated in a 50/50 mix of Italian Dressing and a sweet BBq sauce for 24 hours. Came out pretty good, going to do it again with some pork next.
