Bought a new barbecue and put it to the test last night. Forgot to take pictures of the results, but I'll tell you it was delicious. There's a bit of corned beef brisket leftover, that combination of apple wood and hickory smoke almost made it taste like a ham.

Wife is stopping in town on the way home for a steak sandwich and tots at the Sonic. She'll probably get herself the same.

Just heard there is a power outage in town. Hope it doesn't affect that Sonic.

First meal in 48 Hours. Was fasting as part of a diet routine. Barbaque pork chops w/ garlic mashed patatos and mac and cheese. Hey Smoke that cheese steak sounds pretty good. Think I might take a ride in the city tomorrow and get a world famous Pat's steak Wit. Take a gander at this cheese steak.https://www.patskingofsteaks.com/. Anyone who wants the real thing can order one. They actually ship them. Go figure.
