Justice system is overruling blue state governors on stay at home issues

Well, seems some churches decided that restrictions on religious freedoms were far exceeding Constitutional protections and blue state governors were exceeding their authority. Judge throws out stay at home order in Oregon citing that the governor failed to get state legislature approval as required by that state's constitution.

The possession of arms by the people is the ultimate warrant that government governs only with the consent of the governed.

The law never stopped a dictator from attempting to take over. Watch for lib/soc/prog Governors now to get their paid consultants/lackeys to start writing legislation in the attempt to circumvent the Courts.

Just depends on the judges. Illinois Governor had 5 suits against him moved to federal court (Illinois Supreme Court did not cater to his wishes). The federal judge has already dismissed 3 of the 5 cases - 2 of them involved churches.

You cannot trust that a judge will rule by rule of law and the constitution these days. Shameful!

Time is on the liberal governor's sides. They can run out the clock on the judicial system, delay, stall, and then by the time it comes to trial, they declare victory and start letting people go back to work.

We might have the best court system in the world. However there is no place else that I want to live.

Heard that. It would appear the state supreme courts have taken up different sides with some siding with govs who exceed their authority and others that support the state's Constitution.

It's Oregon. That explains everything to a "T". They have been California North without the celebrities for over 40 years.
Electing Joe Biden as President will be similar to going bear hunting at night with just a pair of chop sticks and a lit candle. You know it is a bad idea from the outset, you can not defend yourself, you are ill prepared for what can and maybe will happen, and you question why you even thought it would be a good idea in the first place.
